Vocational Training & Livelihoods

Hands-on skills acquisition and graduate support that build lasting, self-sufficient sources of income.

A pillar of our mission

Sustainable change is built one skill at a time. Charity meets an urgent need today; a livelihood meets it for a lifetime. Our Vocational Training & Livelihoods pillar equips vulnerable Nigerians with the practical, income-generating skills they need to stand on their own — for good.

What we do

  • Skills acquisition. Structured, hands-on training in trades such as tailoring, catering, crafts, agriculture and other locally viable vocations.
  • Apprenticeships. Real-world placements that build competence and confidence.
  • Start-up toolkits. The essential equipment a graduate needs to begin trading immediately.
  • Graduate support. Follow-up mentoring and check-ins to help new businesses survive their fragile early months.

Our approach

We choose trades based on what the local market actually rewards, then walk with each trainee from their first lesson to their first customer. By pairing skills with tools and mentorship, we help ensure that livelihoods endure long after the training ends.

Give a person a skill and the means to use it, and you replace dependency with dignity — permanently.

How you can help

Fund a training place, donate equipment for a start-up toolkit, or share your trade expertise. Your gift becomes a self-sustaining source of income for a family.
