What we do
- Skills acquisition. Structured, hands-on training in trades such as tailoring, catering, crafts, agriculture and other locally viable vocations.
- Apprenticeships. Real-world placements that build competence and confidence.
- Start-up toolkits. The essential equipment a graduate needs to begin trading immediately.
- Graduate support. Follow-up mentoring and check-ins to help new businesses survive their fragile early months.
Our approach
We choose trades based on what the local market actually rewards, then walk with each trainee from their first lesson to their first customer. By pairing skills with tools and mentorship, we help ensure that livelihoods endure long after the training ends.
