To mark International Women's Day, Cheriven Empowerment Foundation convened a seminar on marriage, motherhood and emotional strength — a gathering built on a simple conviction: when a woman is strengthened, a family is stabilised.

Led by our founder and convener, Eucheria Ifeoma Ekweozoh, the seminar brought together experts and women from across the community for honest conversations about resilience, mental wellbeing and the realities of family life.
