Equipping young Nigerians with certified, future-ready skills and the confidence to turn talent into livelihoods in a competitive economy.
Nigeria’s youth are its greatest asset—but without opportunity, potential remains untapped. Cheriven Empowerment Foundation’s Youth Skills & Employability programme bridges the gap between raw talent and real-world success by delivering practical, industry-aligned training that leads to jobs or entrepreneurship.
We offer structured, certified skills acquisition courses in high-growth sectors including digital literacy, ICT basics, graphic design, solar installation, agribusiness, fashion technology, and light manufacturing. Training is hands-on, time-bound (typically 3–6 months), and delivered in partnership with technical instructors and local employers.
But we go further: every participant receives career guidance, CV development support, interview coaching, and access to our growing network of employer partners. For those choosing self-employment, we provide business incubation support, mentorship, and linkages to microfinance opportunities.
Special attention is given to young women and out-of-school youth, ensuring inclusive access and safe learning spaces. Our curriculum integrates soft skills communication, problem-solving, financial management and psycho-social support to build not just competence, but confidence.
Our goal is clear: to transform idle potential into productive purpose, so young Nigerians can earn with dignity, contribute meaningfully, and shape their own futures.
